Welcome to Rusty Gold Garage. These terms govern use of our website and purchases made through our online shop.

1. Business information

The website and online shop are operated by Theofilos Ch. Giannopoulos, trading as Rusty Gold Garage (referred to below as “we”, “us” or “the business”). The registered name shown on the business stamp is ΓΙΑΝΝΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ Χ. ΘΕΟΦΙΛΟΣ.

These details are provided for the purposes of the information requirements applicable to online services, including Article 4 of Greek Presidential Decree 131/2003.

2. Use of the website

Please read these terms before using the website or submitting an order. By using the website, you agree to follow the terms applicable to that use. The terms presented to you at the time of your order apply to that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces rights that consumers have under mandatory Greek or European law.

You must provide accurate information when contacting us, creating an account where that facility is available, or placing an order. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Products and services

Products offered through the online shop are intended for purchase by end customers. Commercial resale is not permitted under these retail terms unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If this condition is breached, we may exercise the remedies available under applicable law, including a claim for proven loss where legally recoverable.

Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. The order total and the applicable delivery charges are communicated before a purchase is completed. Where a large or heavy item requires an individual transport quotation, we will seek your agreement to the final shipping charge before proceeding, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Enquiries about vehicle repairs, maintenance, restoration and bespoke projects do not by themselves form a workshop service contract. The work, scope, price and timetable for a vehicle project are agreed with you separately.

4. Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains delivery areas, timeframes and charges. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains exchanges, the consumer right of withdrawal and the treatment of faulty goods. These policies form part of the information provided for online purchases.

A request to notify us promptly of damage does not shorten statutory withdrawal periods or legal guarantee rights. Where a term conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule, that rule prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The Rusty Gold Garage name, distinctive signs and trade marks displayed on this website are protected business assets. The website’s text, photographs, drawings, product designs, commercial material, software and visual layout are protected by Greek law, European law and applicable international intellectual property conventions, insofar as those rights apply.

Those materials belong to Rusty Gold Garage or are used with the permission of their respective rights holders. Third-party brands and trade marks remain the property of their owners.

Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, distribute, transfer, adapt, store for republication, reproduce, republish, alter or otherwise exploit all or part of those materials without the relevant rights holder’s prior written permission. We reserve the right to seek the civil, administrative or other remedies available under applicable law for an infringement, including compensation for loss where legally recoverable.

6. Customer service and complaints

You can contact customer service through our contact form. If you have not received a reply within 24 hours, excluding weekends, or your enquiry is urgent, please email info@rustygoldgarage.com or call +30 699 609 0197.

You may send an email at any time. If you have a complaint about an order or any aspect of the online shop, please include your order number, contact details and a clear description of the issue so we can investigate.

7. Personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, shared and retained, and how to exercise your data protection rights. Agreement to these terms is not consent to optional marketing.

8. Changes and availability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes apply to subsequent use and orders and do not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing order without a lawful basis or your agreement.

We may suspend or discontinue part or all of the website’s services, including for maintenance or operational reasons, subject to our obligations in respect of accepted orders and any mandatory legal rights. Failure to exercise a right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction where such a choice is permitted by law. This clause does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory law, or of the right to bring proceedings before another court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection rules.
